How to keep women and girls involved in sport for physical, mental, and social health benefits.
Sport plays a crucial role in fostering health, confidence, and community. This event is a rallying call for all of us to support and encourage the next generation of women in Brisbane to stay active and engaged in sport throughout their lives—creating positive change not only for themselves but for those around them.
We’re excited to host an incredible lineup of speakers who bring passion and expertise to this important topic:
- Libby Trickett, OAM – Former Australian Olympian Athlete, Sportish Founder
- Georgie Trickett – Health Professional and Advocate, Sportish Founder
- Rebecca Stower – State Netball Coach
- Mia Stower – National and State Netball Player
- Kylie Robins – President of Redcliffe Surf Club
- Nicolette Lowe – Youth Development Coach at Redcliffe Surf Club
In addition to an inspiring program, we will be running a Goods Drive for sanitary items to support our BWC Grant Winner, the Naturalena Foundation. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community, harness our collective strength, and make a real difference for women in Brisbane.
