Dr Lesley Petersen:
Lesley has over 25 years’ experience in the learning and development field, specifically building her expertise in the areas of mentoring, program design and training. She uses her mentoring expertise to assist organisations with implementing mentoring programs to help develop staff to reach their full potential.

Dr Lyn Alderman: Lyn is the former Chief Evaluator, Department of Social Services. Her 35 years of experience spans several sectors including government, non-profit, corporate, higher education and vocational education. She has a deep disciplinary knowledge of policy design, program evaluation, evaluation frameworks, performance models, monitoring of quality assurance, institutional analytics and curriculum writing.
