Brisbane Women’s Club Let’s Celebrate Saturday Soiree – Featuring the BWC 2021 Grant Winners Reason to Thrive and Equine Assisted Therapy Charity.

Back by popular demand, you are invited to join in the fun and festivities at the annual Brisbane Women’s Club “Let’s Celebrate Saturday Soiree” charity fundraising event on Saturday 13 August in the Marquee at the Bulimba Golf Club.

This  year’s event will be bigger and brighter than ever before with Lucky Door Prizes, a Bumper Raffle, networking activities, delicious canapes, a carefully curated 2 hour Drinks Package with bubbles (of course!) and a Keynote Address from the BWC 2021 Grant Winners “Reason to Thrive”.

There will also be a very special 4-legged friend in attendance who is sure to warm your hearts as you witness first-hand the healing power that these wonderful animals hold in their hearts. This event is a lovely way to spend an afternoon celebrating Saturday in Brisbane.

From 2pm to 4pm – please arrive from 1:30pm onwards with drinks service to start at 2pm sharp.

• Canapés only: Members $40; Non-Members $65
• Canapés + 2 hr Drinks Package (alcoholic and non-alcoholic): Members $75; Non-Members $99

Bookings close: 12pm on Friday 5 August, 2022.

Donations encouraged

We ask that guests bring donations to the event. These donations will be given to Reason to Thrive to help the Equine Assisted Therapy Charity. The below items are required (the first two items is for the horses and the remaining are for the ladies who attend the Equine Assisted Learning programme).

• Liquorish (plain black)
• Sugar Cubes
• Non-Perishable Baking ingredients (eg SR Flour, Plain Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Icing Sugar etc)
• Hand towels and Tea Towels
• Pump Soaps
• Serviettes
• Variety of Teas
• Nespresso coffee pods

COVID Management – The event will be COVID compliant and venue run under a COVID-Safe Plan.
